Policies at our Women’s Boutique
Orders with Standard Shipping typically take between 1-2 business days to be processed and shipped based upon credit card approval. Please note that credit card authorization can take up to 24 hours for approval. We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
Standard orders are processed once credit card authorization and address verification have been obtained. Orders shipped via standard delivery typically arrive in three (3) to ten (10) business days Monday through Friday. Delivery time does not include weekends or holidays. We do not ship internationally.
3 Day Shipping
Third Day Air orders placed before 1:00 P.M. EST will be processed the same day pending credit card authorization and verification. Credit card authorization can take 24 hours for approval. Third Day Air orders confirmed after 1:00 P.M. EST will be processed the following business day. Third Day Air orders placed on Friday after 1:00 P.M. EST will be processed the next business day- Monday (excluding holidays).
Third Day Air is not available for Alaska and Hawaii
We do not ship internationally.
2 Day Shipping
Second Day Air orders placed before 1:00 P.M. EST will be processed the same day pending credit card authorization and verification. Credit card authorization can take 24 hours for approval. Second Day Air orders confirmed after 1:00 P.M. EST will be processed the following business day. Second Day Air orders placed on Friday after 1:00 P.M. EST will be processed the next business day- Monday (excluding holidays).
Second Day Air is not available for Alaska and Hawaii
We do not ship internationally.
We use UPS and USPS to ensure orders are delivered on time but cannot be responsible for damaged or compromised product due to the following:
- Packages left unattended upon delivery.
- Delayed deliveries due to adverse weather or other circumstances beyond our control.
- Incorrect addresses supplied by the customer.
- Gift shipments sent to recipients who are out of town or otherwise unavailable to receive their shipment.
- We accept returns for refund postmarked within 10 days from the date you placed your order. We accept returns for an online store credit for sale items up to 5 days from the date you place your order.
- All clearance sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.
- All returns must be authorized by Melvet Fashion before returning and must have a return authorization number. Contact info@melvetfashion or 877-561-8575.
- Damages must be reported within 3 days of receiving merchandise or cannot be returned.
- Refunds are issued back to the original method of payment or with an online store credit.
- Returns MUST be received unwashed, unworn, free of smoke, odors, makeup, deodorant, pet hair, snags, rips and in new condition. All returns must be returned with original tags still attached.
- Shoes must be returned in their original box, in new condition and placed inside an additional protective shipping box. Damage to the shoe box makes the shoes ineligible for returns. In this case the shoes will be shipped back to you and you are subject to the return shipping costs.
- Jewelry with the exception of earrings are returnable in new condition but not exchangeable. Earrings are not returnable.
- Items returned to us with makeup, deodorant, perfume or similar product stains will be shipped back to you and are subject to additional shipping cost.
- We are not responsible for return shipping and original shipping is not refundable (if shipping charges where applied).
- Refunds are processed within 10-15 business days of receiving your return. We will send you an email confirmation when your return has been received and the refund has been issued.
Privacy & Security Policy
When you purchase from Melvet’s online store, we collect your name, billing and shipping addresses, phone number, e-mail address, and credit card information. You provide this information so we can process and ship your order. We respect your privacy by not selling or sharing this information.
We don’t sell nor share your information with outside companies or third parties furthermore, only our store will have your information.
